We are continuously looking for ways to improve and provide superior service to members. This is why we have partnered with Commonwealth, a national nonprofit building financial security and opportunity for financially vulnerable people through innovation and partnerships. Currently, Commonwealth is researching how virtual assistants can help those experiencing financial hardship.
Testing Fran
In Commonwealth's first round of research, Fran's chat responses will be tested to make sure that her answers are effective in guiding members to resources MSUFCU has available. We would love to have you be part of this research by trying out our test version of Fran.
